Why do you continue to put yourself at risk by repeatedly overwhelming your audience with excessive information during crucial sales presentations ?
As mentioned earlier, I cautioned against presenting too many options to
achieve ONE goal, as this tends to confuse the audience regarding their
next steps.
Today, I want to emphasize the issue of over-delivering. A successful presentation is not about
inundating the audience with expert knowledge. Instead, it should focus
on two key objectives:
1) Facilitating change
2) Prompting the actual acquisition of the service, whether through increased sales or successful implementation.
Receiving acclaim for a stellar presentation does not automatically guarantee
sales. To avoid confusion and provide clarity, it is crucial to deliver
only what is necessary.
Remember, "LESS is MORE." In-depth discussions and expert considerations can be reserved for future dedicated events.
